SUBMIT A PROJECT
The ANITA MENDIRATTA FOUNDATION looks carefully at applications for support to ensure they comply with the following project criteria:
– EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN: Identifying people and projects in need of support for local community of rebuilding childcare and education, including but not limiting to, infrastructure, access, and training.
– COMMUNITY BASED: Working with communities to rebuild their child-based community programmes.
– CRISIS RECOVERY: Remobilisation of communities when they are in the recovery stage following crisis events (e.g. epidemic / pandemic, political instability, natural disaster, or terrorism).
– TOURISM ECONOMIES: Working with countries where the tourism sector contributes significantly to the economy and their identity.
– SUSTAINABILITY: Supporting communities in developing sustainable educational plans which will result in eventual self-funding by the community.
– PARTNERSHIPS: Work in cooperation with trusted on-the-ground organisations in the community or affected region.
